I've been a photographer pretty much all of my life... since early childhood, I've had a camera in my hands! My Father always had a camera around snapping away - I owe him so much.

I draw my inspiration form everyday situations i'm in and the people I meet... My influences are everyone and everthing from professionals I'm lucky enough to meet to everyday people I encounter through working for the paper. I'm always looking for a different angle and edge to my work.

I became an Art student and found photography naturally influencing my artwork on a regular basis.... after my A Levels in Art & Design, I completed my Art Foundation at Bedford, specialising in photography (Mainly Black & White film) before launching myself into an assisting photographer position at my local weekly newspaper...

After a few years learning the press trade from a mix of talented photographers, I moved on to where I am now - A daily, paid for newspaper and magazine based in Northamptonshire, The Northampton Chronicle and Echo.

My personal development doesn't stop there - I am now a student studying a MA/PgDip (Masters) in Photography which will include a final major project and exhibition in London in May/June of 2009.

As well as working at the newspaper and freelance as and when I can, always looking for new challenges so I can carry on developing my own personal style of work..... so feel free to ask for a quote for any kind of work, large or small, one off or regular comissions - If I cant help, I know other freelancers who can.
